Find a range of answers to questions we seem to get asked a lot, and some things we think you might like to know, but don't want to ask!

How can I contact you?

Sadly we had to remove the chat feature from the website because we were getting constant spam messages, so if you need us either email fandbint@gmail.com or head over to instagram @fandbcrafts and drop us a message there!

How long does delivery take?

For items that are in stock and ready to go we generally try to dispatch them within 1-2 days. Some collections such as cushions, hob covers, wash bags and headwarmers are made to order and it can take us 7-10 days to sew them up if we have to wait for a fabric delivery.

We'll always dispatch an item as fast as we can, and most things go with Royal Mail 1st class.

What if I pay for FedEx delivery?

Some items, like doorstops are too heavy to ship with Royal Mail and so we have to use FedEx or Evri. FedEx Delivery is "next working day" therefore it does not include Saturday or Bank Holiday Delivery as this horrendously expensive. However we may still need 7 working days to sew the item you've ordered, once made it will be shipped with FedEx on a next day service. While pricey we don't actually charge the full amount on to you and generally items don't get lost/damaged, so if we can't send it with Royal Mail we have full confidence in FedEx, and some confidence in Evri if we're not able to get to a FedEx drop off!

Why didn't my 10% discount work?

Unfortunately we can't apply the 10% discount to everything because the reality is we can't afford to. With that in mind the discount doesn't apply to wedding decorations, lampshades, baby rompers, fabric sold by the meter, the sale section or items by Guggle & Torquith..

Is everything actually made by you?

We make everything apart from Tea Towels, or the items made by other small businesses like Guggle & Torquith. Everything in The Little Fern Co. range is also made by us.

What is The Little Fern Co.?

With Beth's experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, her love for things handmade and natural it seemed like a new brand could be a good opportunity to combine experience and enjoyment, and to test her brand building skills. Plus, product testing isn't exactly a hardship!

How will you send my item(s)?

All items are sent either first class Royal Mail or second class depending on the dispatch time taken. Large items like notice boards are sent on a next working day with FedEx. 

Please Note: If you are considering ordering from outside the UK please bear in mind that items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges, we are not responsible for these charges. 

All local taxes and customs clearing are the responsibility of the customer, including import taxes and VAT or equivalent taxes.
